All products purchased from " Glanzup" are eligible for a return within a 14-day window from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it.

" Glanzup" monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances. All return approvals are at Glanzup discretion. If returns are not approved, Glanzup reserves the right to retain the item and not return it to the customer. In some cases, We may ask the individual returning the item to submit their driver's license or government ID for verification purposes.

**Damaged Goods:**
Customers are responsible for inspecting their items upon receiving them. Please ensure that the product received is the correct item that you ordered and check for any damages. **Non-Refundable Items:**

We will respond within 24 business hours, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Standard Time. Please note that the processing time for the refund may vary, and it may take the customer's bank time to process the return. If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was issued, the customer must contact their bank. Refunds will be processed by way of the original method of payment.
